Concrete Leads Australia (ABN 86 757 238 296)
Last updated: June 2026
1. About This Policy
Concrete Leads Australia ("CLA", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and importantly, how we share it with the concreting contractors in our network.
By submitting an enquiry through our website and ticking the consent box, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this policy.
2. What We Collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the personal information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, suburb or address, and details about the work you are enquiring about.
3. How We Use and Share Your Information
This is the most important part of this policy, so please read it carefully.
Concrete Leads Australia is a lead generation service. We do not carry out concreting work ourselves. When you submit an enquiry, your details are passed on to one or more independent third-party concreting contractors in our network so they can contact you about your job and provide a quote.
By ticking the consent box and submitting your enquiry, you expressly consent to your personal information being disclosed to these third-party contractors for the purpose of contacting you and quoting on your work.
The contractors we refer enquiries to operate as separate, independent businesses with their own ABNs. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Concrete Leads Australia.
4. Independent Contractors and Limitation of Liability
Concrete Leads Australia provides an introduction service only. We connect you with independent concreting contractors. We do not perform, supervise, manage, or guarantee any work carried out by those contractors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concrete Leads Australia is not responsible or liable for:
The quality, safety, timeliness, or completion of any work performed by a contractor; any quote, price, contract, or agreement you enter into with a contractor; any conduct, representation, act, or omission of a contractor; any loss, damage, cost, or dispute arising from your dealings with a contractor; the licensing, insurance, qualifications, or accreditation of any contractor.
Any agreement for concreting work is made directly between you and the contractor. We strongly recommend you verify the contractor's licensing, insurance, and ABN, obtain written quotes, and satisfy yourself as to their suitability before engaging them or paying any money.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Contractor Verification
We take reasonable steps to confirm that contractors in our network provide valid ABN details before we refer enquiries to them. However, this verification is limited in scope and does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of the contractor, their licensing, their insurance, or the quality of their work.
6. How We Store and Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Once your details have been passed to a contractor, that contractor handles your information in accordance with their own privacy obligations, over which we have no control.
7. Direct Marketing
From time to time we may use your contact details to send you information about our services. You can opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us using the details below or by using the unsubscribe function in any message.
8. Access, Correction, and Complaints
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. If you have a privacy concern or complaint, please contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
9. Consent and Withdrawal
By ticking the consent box on our enquiry form, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy and consent to your information being shared with third-party contractors as described. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, although we may be unable to retract information already disclosed to a contractor.
10. Contact Us
For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact Concrete Leads Australia at enquiries@concreteleadsaustralia.com.au.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
